Training & Enablement Lead - Professional Services
Seeking a dynamic and strategic Training and Enablement Lead who will spearhead the transformation of Celebrus e-Learning program and create a brand new practice in the organisation.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Training and Enablement Lead who will spearhead the transformation of our training program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for re-imagining and completely revamping our current curriculum to better align with business objectives, ensuring our customers, partners and internal teams are empowered with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. This individual will lead the initiative to design a scalable, impactful training strategy that fosters continuous learning and development. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Professional Services, Product, Customer Success and Partner teams to identify gaps, optimise learning pathways, and deliver measurable outcomes that elevate performance. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes initiative, is/becomes a domain expert on the Celebrus Platform/Applications and is adept at building engaging training programs for learners.

Core Responsibilities
- Transform, create, deliver and measure first-class technical training programs for customers, partners and internal associates (e.g. New Client Launch, New Hire Onboarding program, etc.)
- Analyse technical requirements to design and provide training internally and externally to build knowledge of Celebrus functionality using modern tools
- Leverage Voice of the Customer/Employee/Partner to advise and evolve training strategy and to act as an ambassador for these groups internally or any other collaborator groups
- Stay up to date on latest training trends and technology
- Stay up to date on Celebrus features, functionality and work with our internal teams to ensure use cases and applications feature in the training experience
- Attend meetings to share knowledge, ideas, and collaborate on innovation
- Provide advice, insight and guidance around technical training best practices and help drive adoption
- Ensure training best practices are implemented for all training contexts
- Develop appropriate reporting to track onboarding and education progress for internal and external trainees alike
- Ensure training content and asset standardisation with regular reviews of learning content portfolio for usage, effectiveness
Skills & Requirements
- Extensive experience in building and transforming e-Learning programs that are customer-friendly and application-based.
- A solid understanding of and preferably, certification in adult learning principles, potential roadblocks to learning, instructional development and associated solutions
- Experience in developing, releasing and maintaining training material for rapidly evolving products
- Experience in working with enterprise LMS, preferably Absorb LMS
- Customer-facing experience in a training capacity
- Proven technical background which acts as the foundation for your technical training work
- Outstanding multi-tasking skills
- Natural technologist with a proven passion for learning and building out new skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are vital
- Capable of conveying complex concepts to business and technical audiences successfully and in a visually appealing way
- Analytical skills to assess training needs, measure training effectiveness, and implement continuous improvements
- Working as part of a supportive, well-established team but is also self-sufficient and organized.
- Ability to read and understand JavaScript will be important for success.
- Security background checks will be performed.
