Lotte Grundy is a Customer Success Manager at Celebrus. Based in Southern California, Lotte is part of the Customer Success North America team and has been with the company for a little over a year. Celebrus caught up with Lotte to learn more about her experiences, hear her thoughts about Celebrus and its offerings, and shine light on a secret not many people know about her.

Why did you join Celebrus?

The first time I was exposed to Celebrus technology, I was completely blown away and my passion for it has only grown since. There is nothing else like it on the market. I also had the great  pleasure of working with members of the Celebrus team in the past  and I knew this would be a great fit for me. When opportunity knocks- you answer!

What’s your favorite part about working at Celebrus?

The leadership, people, technology and culture. My colleagues exemplify excellence in the workplace and we are all valued, seen and heard.

How would you describe our company culture and what makes it unique?

I would describe the culture as welcoming, customer focused and innovative. Although we are small, we are mighty in the way that we help, support  and care for one another.

What does your role entail and what do you focus on at Celebrus?

I am a Customer Success Manager and I ensure that  my customers are getting the most value from their Celebrus investment. I work with customers to understand their goals, solve problems, provide education and I’m a true advocate for them.

What is one thing that you wish people knew about your position at the company?

That I’ll never stop advocating for my customers. This role is continuous and that everyone across our organization plays a role in Customer Success not just me.

Describe the most random object sitting on your desk (what’s the story behind it?)

I have a little angel statue on my desk that says “ Sisters are Forever Friends”. It’s a little chipped here and there but is precious to me. It was given to me by a dear friend of mine who moved away and it’s a reminder that you don’t have to be related to feel like family.

What is one thing on your bucket list?

My husband and I would love to vacation in Greece. Santorini, we are coming for you!!!

If you could pick one destination for a spontaneous vacation, where would it be and why?

The Bahamas! Stunning beaches, beautiful water and fun in the sun. Need I say more?
What is something surprising that not many people know about you?

I rescued a dog right before covid and she inspires my husband and I to come up with cute pet names and sing to her. I won’t tell you how many pet names we’ve come up with but I make sure I’m muted at the beginning of my calls so that you don’t catch me singing to my fur baby!!
